Tamara Courlas

Tamara a Pennsylvanian native, followed in her family footsteps and served as a third generation United States Army soldier, along with her 5 siblings. The four-years Tamara spent as a military police officer she earned multiple awards and decorations, but more importantly it taught her the importance of caring & community!
After leaving the military in 1997, Tamara would start her real estate career, quickly finding a passion for it! Once Arriving to Colorado Springs, she also started to get involved with local small businesses and community projects, cementing her love for the Springs. Always one to volunteer her time her service to those in need she felt the need to do more for her new home. This would lead to her and her husband starting what would become the largest food pantry in Colorado Springs. All while helping families win the keys to their dream homes through the 1.5% rebate that was designed to make homeownership that much more obtainable!

Rich has completed a Master of Science in Internet Marketing (IMMS) through Full Sail University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BS-IT), with a Software Systems Engineering specialization at Colorado Technical University. Eddie is a South Florida native who left the Sunshine State for the beauty of Colorado’s mountain ranges 8 years ago and hasn’t looked back since! He has spent the past few years working in the automotive industry in both the sales and finance areas, and prides himself on providing an attentive, thorough, and relaxed experience for all of his clients.

Keith Courlas

Keith is an Ohio native but has been doing business in Colorado Springs and been involved with helping our great community since he arrived here more than 15 years ago. Upon his arrival Keith, co-founded the largest food pantry in Colorado Springs. This organization provided food to over 250,000 Colorado families and individuals.
In 2015 Keith founded Courlas Realty with his wife of 15 years, Tamara Courlas. After working in the lending industry for 15 years, his drive to serve the community didn’t end there. Courlas Realty was one of the first organizations to offer their clients a 1.5% cash rebate. With a mindset that is focused on lending a helping hand, and helping people achieve their goals. In his spare time Keith enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and family!
Kyle M. Strang

Kyle grew up and spent his time until graduating High School in Montana. Once graduated, he decided to join the United States Air Force. During his Air Force career, he spent time in Rapid City South Dakota, Mountain Home Idaho, Adana Turkey, and has been stationed in Colorado Springs Colorado twice. He has served in the military a little over 19 years with a retirement date in 2024. Many years of experience have been spent in the real estate industry by owning various types of properties, being a landlord, a property manager, a residential remodeling contractor, and now a new associate broker. He is very willing and motivated to learn this portion of the industry, while bringing his knowledge and expertise to assist his customers. He is known as the “Kyle of all trades”. He plays soccer, assists in coaching Junior Academy Pride Soccer Club, paints using acrylic, renovates houses, does handyman jobs for clients, is ordained, earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources at Colorado Technical University, has various certifications and Top Secret Clearance, and is a Colorado Public Notary. Even though his wife and 5 children keep him very busy, he is willing to sacrifice his time to make your home ownership journey a smooth and comfortable process. His goal in life…to make everyone around him happy! The happier you are…the happy he is.
